Rules on the use of the lounge for the exclusive use of guests
This lounge is reserved exclusively for guests staying at Hotel Gracery Ginza. To ensure a safe and comfortable experience for all guests, we ask that you observe the following guidelines.
1. The lounge is for guests only. Visitors may use the lounge only when accompanied by a guest.
2. Please refrain from eating or drinking anything other than the beverages served in the lounge.
3. Please take care of your personal belongings by yourself. We are not responsible for any theft or loss of your personal belongings.
Please note that the following acts are prohibited in the lounge.
Any act that interferes with or disobeys the instructions of staff
- Any act that interferes with the safety or comfort of the lounge
- Any business act (display, advertisement, promotion, sale, etc.)
- Any act that destroys or damages facilities or equipment, or any act that may result in such damage.
Failure to cooperate in this case may result in restriction of access to the lounge.

Obstructing our staff from performing their duties and refusing to follow
Disrupting safety and comfort in the lounge.
Conducting sales activities (advertising, publicity, etc.)
Please note that failure or refusal to cooperate may result in restriction of the lounge use.
