The Sapporo Station underground mall is large and includes “Apia,” “Paseo,” and “Sapporo Stella Place.”
Hotel Gracery Sapporo Since we are directly connected to “Apia,” please head to “Apia” first, regardless of whether you’re arriving by JR train, subway, bus, or on foot.
Please note that there are always stairs leading from the underground mall to Access & Directions. (Underground mall access hours: approximately 6:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.)

JR Sapporo Station, exit through the West Gate and go to the South Exit.
Take the escalator next to the south exit to the underground shopping mall.
The "south exit" with the white stone object is where you will find Daimaru Sapporo Store.
APIA" Floor Guide
Take the escalator down to the underground mall, and you will find "APIA" there.
Please follow the red arrow to the lower left of the floor guide.
Heading north on the APIA to the Namboku subway line.
When you get off the escalator, please continue in the direction you are going.
APIA Information Center
On the way, you will see the APIA Information Center and a lottery ticket booth. Continue straight ahead.
Just before the stairs leading to the subway Namboku Line ticket gate, see the information board at the top.
You can see the sign that reads “Hotel Gracery Sapporo→ ” at
. Turn right just before the stairs leading to the Namboku Subway Line.
APIA WEST FOOD WALK
Please continue along the "Food Walk" lined with restaurants and other stores until you reach the end of the street.
(The photo shows the shutters closed before business hours, but the area will be crowded once the restaurant opens!)
Minori no Hiroba
Now that you've made it this far, it's just a short walk from here.
Please proceed to the door on the left at the end of the hallway.
There's also an arrow pointing to " Hotel Gracery Sapporo" on the sign above!
Go up the stairs directly in front of you.
When you open the door, there is a two-way street directly in front of you and diagonally to your right.
Please proceed to the brick-colored stairs directly in front of you.
Yomiuri HokkaidoEnter the building
Go up the stairs and you will see an automatic glass door with the name "Yomiuri Shimbun" on it.
The hotel reception is on the 7th floor of this building.
Take the direct elevator to the 7th floor front desk
It will take a little longer than from the ground. There are stairs, but for bad weather, we recommend the direct connection to the underground shopping center above all.
