The route from the ground level has no steps and we recommend that guests in wheelchairs or with large luggage come from the ground level.
The route from JR Sapporo Station to the hotel is relatively easy to walk even in winter because of the road heating.

JR Sapporo Station Home
Homeat JR Sapporo Station is located on the 2nd floor.
When you arrive at Sapporo Station via JR, please head toward the ticket gates and go down to the 1st floor.

JR Sapporo Station 1st floor, in front of ticket gates
JR Sapporo Station has two ticket gates, the West Gate and the East Gate.
Please go to the West Gate.

After exiting the west ticket gate, please proceed to the left (south exit)
JR Sapporo Station, exit through the west ticket gate and go to the south exit.
The exit you see in the photo is the south exit, and there is a white stone object.
JR Sapporo Station South Exit Plaza
Go out the south exit of JR Sapporo Station and you will find "Minamiguchi Plaza".
Please stop once and you can see the hotel.
From the south entrance square, look a little to the right and you will see the hotel clearly.
There is a sign "HOTEL GRACERY" on the roof of the hotel.
About 1 minute from here.
From JR Sapporo Station South Exit Square, cross the crosswalk in front of the station and turn right immediately.
You cannot see the hotel building from this position because it is further back than the building in the foreground, but it is almost there!
