Reduction of food loss in breakfast buffet dishes
Food loss is a problem in which food that is still good enough to eat is thrown away. To solve this problem, a portion of the food is placed in a small bowl 30 minutes before the end of business hours.
We replenish the food depending on the number of customers who come to the restaurant.
Universal Room
We offer accessible rooms designed to ensure a comfortable stay for all our guests. We also offer wheelchair rentals on-site.
Promotion of Normalization
Based on the principle of “normalization”—which emphasizes respecting each person’s individuality and helping one another, regardless of whether they have a disability or not—we are training staff to provide appropriate understanding and support to guests with physical disabilities and elderly guests.
To this end, we conduct a variety of training sessions, including classroom instruction and programs that simulate the experiences of the elderly.
To reduce environmental impact and create a recycling-oriented society,
we aim tobe a corporate citizen that is friendly to people and the earth.
Since our founding, we at Fujita Kanko have operated under the corporate philosophy: “We aspire to contribute to the realization of a vibrant and prosperous society by providing wholesome places of relaxation and warm service.” Guided by this philosophy, we have recognized “environmental initiatives” and “efforts to embrace diverse values” as essential and vital to our sustainable growth as a company, and have actively pursued them. These initiatives are closely aligned with the concept of sustainability, which aims to realize a sustainable society.Moving forward, we will continue to strive to resolve social issues and realize a sustainable society through our business operations.
What are the SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals)?

All stakeholders, including companies, governments, and NPOs, are expected to work together to implement this plan.
