Minors (under 18 years of age) who wish to stay at the hotel alone are required to submit a written consent form from a person with parental authority.
Please download the "Agreement for Minor's Accommodation" form from here, fill it out and seal it in advance, and bring it with you on the day of your stay.

Our hotel consists of a North Wing and a South Wing, but all guests are asked to check in at the South Wing front desk (1st floor).

Normally check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is by 11:00.

We offer check-out extensions until 2:00 p.m. at a rate of 1,100 yen per person per hour (tax included). If you would like to take advantage of this service, please inform the front desk staff.

We apologize, but we are unable to allow guests to check in before the designated check-in time. We appreciate your understanding in advance.

The applicable period of the cancellation fee differs between the normal period and the period of the event as defined by the hotel.

(1) Normal Periods (Excluding Cancellation Periods)
Please notify us of any cancellations at least two days prior to your check-in date. Cancellation fees will apply after that point.
Cancellation fees are as follows: 100% of the room rate for no-shows (without prior notice), 80% of the room rate for cancellations on the day of check-in, and 20% of the room rate for cancellations made the day before check-in. *For group reservations of 10 or more guests, please contact the hotel at Contact us.
(2) During Event Periods
Cancellation fees during the event period are 100% of the room rate for no-shows (without prior notice) and cancellations made on the day of arrival or within 7 days prior to arrival; 50% of the room rate applies for cancellations made between 8 and 60 days prior to arrival.
The “event period” refers to the period during which large-scale events (such as fireworks displays, concerts, sporting events, expositions, and other similar events) are held in the vicinity of the hotel.
The specific dates for this period are determined by the hotel and announced in advance.

Free Wi-Fi and wired LAN internet access is available throughout the Guest Rooms. Please bring your own computer or other devices, as none are provided at the Guest Rooms.
