We have a coin-operated laundry facility on the second floor, perfect for guests staying for an extended period.
*Please note that the entrance is secured, so you will need your room key to access the facility.

An ice machine is located in the coin-operated laundry room on the second floor.
Paper cups for ice are provided.
Vending Machine
There is a soft drink vending machine on the 2nd floor (near the stairs).
*We do not sell alcoholic beverages.
Microwave Oven
A microwave is available on the 2nd floor (next to the vending machine).
*Please use the alcohol-based hand sanitizer when using the microwave.
Circulation Desk Services
We’ve launched a desk rental service for guest rooms.
If you’re traveling on business and need to work on your computer, please feel free to ask at the front desk.
Information on Universal Rooms
Hotel Gracery NahaWe have one Universal Room (non-smoking) available.
There are no steps from the hotel’s main entrance to this room on the 3rd floor. Our entire staff is committed to ensuring that guests with disabilities, elderly guests, and guests who use wheelchairs can enjoy a comfortable stay.
