The Universal Room is located on the same floor as the front desk. There is a door between the lobby (
) and the Guest Roomsarea, but if you are using the room alone, our staff will be happy to help you open and close the door.

There are no steps from the front desk to your room.
The room key is a FeliCa contactless system, and the card key is simply held over the panel. Doors open inward from the hallway side. The door knob is a lever type. There are no steps inside the room, and it is possible for a wheelchair user to move close to the bed.
Both the door opening and the passage to the bed are approximately 80 cm wide.
bathroom
The bathroom and toilet are integrated unit type.
The width of the bathroom entrance is approximately 80 cm.
Wheelchair users can enter the bathroom with a wheelchair.
The entrance to the bathroom is a sliding door type. There are almost no steps.
The bathtub can be seen at the back. The height is about 72 cm.

A washbasin is located outside the bathroom and can be comfortably used by wheelchair users.
For 2 persons
The distance between beds is approximately 70 cm. 2 persons can use a wheelchair up to the foot of the bed.
For 1 person
If the room is occupied by one person, the wheelchair can be moved to the bedside.
